How it works

  1. Reserve online at parkngo.com (recommended, to lock in your rate) or simply drive up — space permitting, the price is the same.
  2. From I-94 westbound, take Exit 197 (Vining Road), turn right onto Vining Road, then take the next right onto Wick Road; the lot is about half a mile on the right. From I-94 eastbound, take the same exit and turn left onto Vining Road.
  3. If you booked online, scan your reservation QR code receipt on arrival — that is how your online payment is credited.
  4. Park in any available space. The shuttle meets you at your vehicle and drops you curbside at your terminal.
  5. On your return, go to the ground transportation area outside your terminal and look for Park N Go shuttle signage.

If your trip is cancelled, cancel the reservation at least 24 hours in advance for a refund; refunds are subject to service fees. If your return flight is delayed, nothing needs to be done — the final total is based on the actual length of stay. For oversized vehicles or trailers, the operator asks you to call ahead.
